In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Bank transfer withdrawals are typically completed within one to three business hours. Anti-money laundering: 566tv applies rigorous anti-money laundering (AML) controls to all financial transactions. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit 566tv's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

566tv reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any User account at any time, with or without prior notice, where 566tv has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The User has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any point.
• The User's account shows signs of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Continuation of the User's account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to 566tv.
• The User has self-excluded and subsequently attempted to circumvent the self-exclusion.

Upon account closure, 566tv will conduct a final review of the account balance and transaction history. Where no outstanding compliance concerns exist, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the User's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Where a breach of these Terms & Conditions has been confirmed, 566tv reserves the right to forfeit some or all of the account balance in accordance with the specific breach identified.

You may also request the voluntary closure of your 566tv account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five business days. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with the normal rules applicable to each market and the resulting funds credited or debited accordingly.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 566tv holds its operating licence. By using the platform, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising from these Terms & Conditions.

Notwithstanding the above, nothing in this clause shall prevent 566tv from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where it deems such relief necessary to protect its intellectual property rights, prevent fraud, or enforce the prohibitions set out in these Terms & Conditions.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a competent court to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original.

Your continued use of the 566tv platform after any changes to these Terms & Conditions have been published shall constitute your binding acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amended terms, your sole remedy is to cease using the platform and request account closure as described in Section 12 above.
